After listening to the report, Zhao Qiming expressed sincere gratitude to the project teams for overcoming the huge challenges brought by the epidemic and silently contributing to SEPCOIII's international career development on the overseas front line. He emphasized that the Saudi market is the most important market for achieving SEPCOIII's internationalization ability. Currently, the Saudi market has broad prospects, and SEPCOIII has established close cooperative relationships with major water and electricity purchasers and developers in Saudi. At the same time, it is necessary to deeply recognize that firmly adhering to the path of international development is an inevitable requirement for SEPCOIII to maintain its core competitiveness. Based on the "1+N+X" new management architecture, we should accelerate the reform of institutional mechanisms and improve the quality of management capabilities.
Zhao Qiming put forward six requirements for the next step of international EPC business market development, project performance, management innovation and other key tasks:
First, further unify our thinking, strengthen our confidence, and unite and work hard. Unwavering on the road of internationalization, take advantage of the market bonus period, develop new leads, seize high-quality orders
Second, strengthen resource sharing and adhere to the integration of marketing and contract performance. Third, strengthen the awareness of claims and improve the level of engineering contract management, engineering project management and enterprise management. One is to learn from experience and lessons, strengthen experience sharing, and transform it into SEPCOIII’s core competitiveness. The second is to strengthen and cultivate the contract awareness and claim awareness of the managers of the various departments of the project manager department, attach importance to contract management, cultivate economic awareness, not only "competent" but also "accountable", and improve the economic benefits of the project and the overall management level.
Fourth, strengthen the construction of talent team and cadre team to provide support for the sustainable development of SEPCOIII.
